U13/U15 ATHLETES LOOKING TO FOCUS ON SPRINTS & HURDLES

ABOUT

Our Development Academy if offered to athletes at this stage of development. Training frequency increases to 3 times a week and continues to become more structured. Technical work starts to become more specific and detailed around the sprint and hurdle events. One specific S&C session is introduced, where athletes learn key movements in the gym and build general strength qualities through various bodyweight/low resistance exercises

ATHLETES

This group is suitable for athletes aged 12 to 14 with passion and potential in the sprints and hurdles event group

​

TRAINING

The group trains three times a week. This includes two sessions on the track and one dedicated Strength & Conditioning session. Track sessions are on Monday and Wednesday, with S&C sessions on Friday
